How we clean it.
- Camera unit exterior: Unit is NOT waterproof — never spray liquid directly. Wipe all plastic with a microfiber cloth lightly dampened with 70% isopropyl alcohol. Air dry.
- Camera lens: Dry microfiber cloth only. Breathe lightly on lens and wipe in small circles.
- Parent unit (handheld monitor): Wipe all plastic with isopropyl wipe. Screen: dry microfiber only.
- Charging cables and base: Wipe with a slightly damp cloth, dry immediately.
- Vents and ports: Use compressed air to clear dust.
- Function test: Power on both units. Confirm video feed, night vision, two-way audio, and temperature sensor all work correctly.
